Four Week Countdown...Any Predictions??

So, I'm officially 36w pregnant today...I'm in my **NiNtH mOnTh**! I have FOUR WEEKS until my edd...and I can hardly believe it. My mom says she predicts that Reagan will be born sometime between the 5th and the 15th of November (kind of a big window there, Mom). Anyone else have any predictions?

I'm really unsure. Keira came at 37w, but only because of emergency c-section. So, I don't know what to expect with Reagan. I'm thinking somewhere around 38w...let's go with November 11. That's a Saturday, which would be really nice...and it'll be exactly 20 months after Keira was born. That would be too cool.

I guess we'll have to wait and see what this little princess has in mind. I'll keep you all posted!

Keira Smooching Her Baby Sister

Here's a fun picture that Shawn took the other night of Keira giving Reagan a kiss. I'm 35 weeks pregnant in this photo...and looking oh so lovely, I might add (note the sarcasm!).

FIVE WEEKS FROM TODAY...

...our new baby girl will be here! If she hasn't come on her own by 11/21, she WILL BE BORN THAT DAY! I'm getting so excited at the thought of finally meeting Reagan. I really have had a pretty good pregnancy (aside from the recent discomfort and having Fifths Disease (darn fourth graders!)), and have IMMENSELY enjoyed feeling my darling baby girl wiggle and squirm everyday. However, as I near the end, I'm looking forward to it more and more each day. I know that I'll be busy and it'll be stressful having a (VERY active and inquisitive) toddler and a newborn at home by myself once Shawn returns to work, but I can't wait! What an amazing gift we're being given...I thank God every day for my girls (and my wonderful husband who has the patience of a SAINT)!

Keira's Fall Photo

Keira's daycare had their Fall Photos taken on October 3rd. She was sick that day (I actually took her to the pediatrician that afternoon, and she was diagnosed with an ear infection), but I think the pictures still came out cute. Enjoy!

Perinatal Appointment Update

Ok, so after my doctor's appointment two weeks ago, I got a call from Dr. McBride's nurse saying that the doctor wanted me to see the Perinatologist to be sure that Reagan is growing properly. The appointment was this afternoon, and everything looked good. The technician said that Reagan is measuring just "right where she should be"...she's about 4lbs. 11oz., which means she's gained almost one pound in two weeks. So, if she continues to grow at this rate, she could put on 3 more pounds in the six weeks I have left.
Anyway, we'll keep following up in Dr. McBride's office with NSTs and ultrasounds. I can breathe easier now, knowing that she's growing, and hopefully she'll keep right on growing!
OH, and I think she's dropped already. I feel like my "baby belly" looks completely different today. It's about an inch or two lower, and Reagan's head was MUCH lower during the ultraound today. I wonder if that means that she's almost ready to arrive... As long as she's healthy, I wouldn't mind meeting her in 3 or 4 weeks instead of 6. I guess we'll see!
